Four IAS officers posted in Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh have been promoted to the Junior Administrative Grade (Level 12 in the pay matrix). They are among 16 officers from the Joint AGMUT Cadre who received this promotion.
The promoted officers include:
- Saloni Rai, Deputy Commissioner of Udhampur
- Dr. Devansh Yadav, Commissioner of Jammu Municipal Corporation (JMC)
- Shrikant Balasaheb Suse, Deputy Commissioner of Kargil
- Rakesh Minhas, Deputy Commissioner of Kathua
All four officers are from the 2016 batch of the Indian Administrative Service (IAS).
